We will contact you to arrange an appointment and to answer any questions you might have.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask this advance notice so that other patients who are in need of treatment may be offered this appointment. A cancellation fee may be charged for missed appointments or for cancellations of an appointment with less than 48 hours notification.
